Hi all!! I am officially no longer in the 130's!! As I stepped on my deemed enemy.. THE SCALE

SO what a better way to celebrate then to post some pictures. I took them in the tanning salon room this past Saturday. The color is pretty cool, thats from the glowing tanning bed. I have along way to go, of course, but have come a long long way and feel pretty good.






So there it is... like I said a long long way to go but have some time. My diet is going to stay the same for the next month. I've added allot of cardio: This week my goal is to run/walk 5 miles a day. I hit my 4 miles a day last week and completed 20 miles. That goes towards my training for the 1/2 marathon coming up in September. As for my weight training it has switched up. I'll be starting my new WO plan today. Working out my Back/Calves and abs. My main focus now is blasting away all the jiggle and body fat. And add more muscle. Really focusing in my ABS and BOOTY. That's the plan ... now I gotta get to it!!

For me to get my TAN on!!

I just signed up for my tanning, yay!!



Isn't the tanning bed pretty!!

Typically when I need to be glowing I pretty much Mystic Spray Tan on Thursdays. It's a little pricey for one spray tan but I think it's worth it to have a pretty nice tan for the weekend.

I guess you can say I'm a tanning weekend warrior.

I love tanning, the "instant" colored ones. My husband likes the tan, Ohhh he loves the tan. But the day I Mystic Spray Tan, it says to NOT shower until about 6 hours after. I usually sleep on it (does not ruen my cloths or bedding) but my husband always makes silly comments like I smell like a baked potato. That stuff does kind of stink.

So although I still do the Mystic Spray Tan (which is purely cosmetic) washes away within 4 days or so. I still think it's worth it and when I need to be tan for a special occasion or whatever.

However recently I bought a sunless tanning product online. WHICH I LOVE MUCHO MUCH!! It's sort of pricey but well worth it. Costs about $48 bucks, but it lasts a while, well for me it has and I wear it everyday. It says to not use it on the face, they have one they sell for the face. But whatever I use it on my face and it works fine and does not dry my skin out.

This is what the description says:

I also signed up for a tanning membership! Whoo Hoooo!! I'm gonna be brown BABY!!So I'll be going on a daily basis to build up my color not only for summer but for the hopes to be on stage.

For you sexy bikini girls: Yeah you know who you are ....

What tanning products do you use? And what on stage tanning will you be using/ have used?

I'm looking into PRO Tan products. I know I need to be DARK. Not sure what to use?? Suggestions... please :D

Now onto the diet and workout, I have been 98% hard core right. I think so. I feel fricken great too!! The tan hella helps me stay focused and I'm starting to see the changes.

My arms and me in progress...

Today I'm weighing in at 131.9 lbs and I feel good and feel strong. I still have a love hate relationship with my scale. But I realise that I'm just gaining muscle and not gaining any fat.

I'm 5ft 7inch and 131.9 well that's the norm, but I want a bikini girls body! So I have to kick it up a few notches.

So last Friday my husband and I went to our good friends wedding. It was a black and white wedding, so glamorous. I wore a black one shoulder long mermaid style gown. I really wanted to show off my hard work and my arms. Hey what can I say I was seeing people whom I hadn't seen in a while.

I water depleted 2 days before so I could see more of my muscles (thank you Becca) All in all I have the muscle but my arm still look skinny. I want buffer arms. So here's a picture with a lil' flex. Still have a lot of work to do. My hubby-cakes joined in the photo with me :D



And here are some pictures of my tummy, NO ABS yet. But I'm working really fricken hard to get them cause I have NEVER EVER had them. Ahhhh Abs!! ME WANTY REAL BAD!!

Ohh and also because I'm leaning out I'm starting to see bones?? My fricken hip bones are sticking out when I stand?? Its crazier when I lay down on my back. Is this normal??

Also because I'm leaning out so much I noticed something I never noticed before? And it FREAKED ME OUT!! My ribcage is NOT the same!!?? One sticks out WAY more. Ewwwww am I a FREAK!!?? See in the picture:

I'm Back!!

Hello Hello Hello!! I am fully rested & back from our much needed vacation to Orange County ... to the happiest place on earth of course!! DISNEYLAND

Both my husband & I LOVE all things Disney as I might have mentioned before. So it only makes sense for us to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary there. & WOW what a fantastic time we had!!

We stayed at the beautiful Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa. When my husband proposed to me 5 years ago our gift to each other was the Disney Vacation Club Membership. & it sure has paid off hefty. We love everything & all the perks that come along with it.

The view of DCA was breath taking, but at night was when the magic happened. We never expected that they'd be testing for "Wonderful World Of Color" WOW what a special treat & amazing sneak peek!!

MEALS: while on Vacation we were pretty good with our meals. Not 100% but fairly on target. They did have the food & wine festival going on while we were there. We are not big drinkers, so no wine for us, but we did partake in the "Celebrity Chef" demonstrations and samples. We got to see allot of awesome known Food Network Stars like: Cat Cora, she's the first female American Iron Chef. Devin Alexander, author of The Biggest Loser Cookbooks and my local boy Jeffrey Saad, 'Next Food Network Star' Runner-Up.




& a bunch of other awesome chefs. Other than those sample splurges (which were fairly on the healthy side) we ate allot of fresh fruit.

WORKOUTS: Lots of walking, of course. We certainly took advantage of the gym & became overly excited when we saw that they had free wights.Booo yeah!! Here's how our days went down while we were on vacation: Up around 9AM, ate our instant oats and peanut butter on Ezekiel bread. Ran 3 miles on the treadmill and weight trained. Different muscles for different days of course. So what we realised was that YES it is certainly possible to workout while on vacation. You just have to do it. Oh and when we did hit up the gym we actually had to walk tru the Spa and sign in. It was a great feeling to see that we and 1 other person were working out. it was a big gym and just us, cause the other guy who did went at 6AM... NO THANK YOU.

Our next trip to DL will be in September and we'll be staying at Disney's Paradise Pier, out first time there,so excited. That's when we'll be running the Disneyland Half Marathon.

So here's my brake down for today: Monday 4/26/10 weighing in at 134 lbs

“I found my weakness and I’m making it my bitch!!”

With that said, I will be really focusing on my GUT, this is where I hold all my fat and also in my arms and boobies. When I was real heavy i was a size 38D and at my skinniest I was a size 34B. Right now 34C. But I need to drop more body fat and the majority is in my tum-tum. So Hello BITCH, you are my main focus now.

Packing for my vacation, we leave tonight. SO EXCITED!! We are going to stay in 3 different hotels. My husband and I love to hotel hop. Its like we have a longer vacation or something. And each one has an awesome gym. I can't wait!! It's nice to switch things up a bit. I will be have ONE day off of eating clean. My wedding anniversary, we will be enjoying yummieness together. Then busting our booties in the gym the very next day.

Ohh and on another note ... I am looking into tanning products to try. I bought a few and will be reviewing them for ya. I need to get my tan on for the stage and for summer. If y'all have any good tanning products please let me know. I will also be going to the tanning salon, just got my membership!! Whoo hoo!! One week strait every day I look soooooo bronzed. But for stage I hear you can never be to tan. Is this true?

Beging Again but with the End in Mind. The Program

Hello Bloggie Fam!

So I wanted to share a sweet little note a "new" friend emailed to me the other day. She and I have become closer as friends just recently in the past few months. We have allot in common and seem to be very similar. A while ago I opened up to her about "all the drama" with my two so called BFF's.cause they have been dishing out allot of new drama towards me. I didn't talk S#!! about them I was honest and pure as to how I spoke about them to her. I wasn't sure if "I" needed to change and be a different way around them because they have made comments like:

"You don't eat any more"

"Ohh we cant go there because Cerina is picky"

"Now that you don't eat as much you have too much energy"

"It's just a burger and fries... geeezz"

"you make it difficult to be your friend"

Now some of these where things said to my face and behind my back. Well after allot of reflecting. Those two girls aren't close to me anymore. They are mean and two faced and I'm starting to realise "lies" come out a little at a time. And one true self becomes revealed... and it's ugly as heck. I can't believe I gave them my all I really thought I could trust them. I've known them for like 10 frickin years. Anyways, as I get older I'm starting to realise who are true, real people in my life. This lovely lady who sent me this email, I actually met her thru one of the old BFF's. Crazy how things work.

You are so freakin' cute! I don't know why you are so hard on yourself. I LIKE the fact that you are always full of energy and talkative and skilled in the health department!!! I feel like when we hang out with you guys we have so much fun and I really don't want you to think that you need to not be yourself around us.You have a lot of things going for you that other girls don't have and girls are catty so a lot of times they talk smack behind your back because they might be jealous and insecure about themselves. DON'T GIVE UP ON MY JUST YET!!

Don't give up on me just yet!! I know it's been a while and I've been a aloof. But don't give up on me cause I'm not giving up on me.

So here's an update for ya, on what I have been doing for the past week or so, the good and the bad.

The bad: Woke up a week ago with a stiff neck. I don't know if it's from my workout or from my sleeping pattern. It hurts real bad. So I went to the doctors and sure enough I have a neck spasm. It hurts like hell and I literally can not turn left or right and is really hard to drive. I feel the pain shoot to my left shoulder and hit my elbow. The pain sucks ass. Now for the past 4 days I have been taking the doc's advice and icing it and taking the muscle relaxers and pain meds. I feel better and the swelling and the pain has went away, well sort of. But I'm gonna push thru like a mofo!

The Good: Taking another much needed vacation to the happiest place on earth. Leaving in 2 days and will be gone for 10.We will be enjoying our 3rd wedding anniversary!! Both my husband and I will be hitting the gym. For some reason my husband has taken it upon himself to keep my but on target. Thank GOD because I have really let everyone get to me and get in my head. But I just use their garbage to push me harder. I realise that I don't need them in my life, I don't need the drama. I am at peace and accepting of that now. I only need a few select close peeps in my life and all of you, my sweet bloggie fam.

[Day 80]

Did a jog/fast walk today with the hubby-cakes. I pulled up a mapquest to a local Subway about 2.5 miles away. And we jogged there had lunch and jogged back. My husband said it was a pansy ass run and I should have done better. My breather was horrible, I felt so weighed down like a fat ass or as if i was a smoker in my past life. Not sure if it was due to the weather or what but it was very hard to push through for me. I also started to get a pull in my left thigh. Over all I did a total of 5 miles. It beats sitting my ass on the couch. I'm just trying to get back into the groove of things ....

Ohh and my food was spot on today. Hope everyone has a HAPPY EASTER!!!!

[Day 78-79] Just ONE more MONTH PLEASE!!!!

With such a poor and lack of support system in my day to day life from family and friends, I was about to throw in the towel ... But then I remembered why I started this in the first place. For me, not for them. I want to thank you all for following, encouraging me and believing in me. You don't even know me but give my such love and great big hugs. This melts my heart and make me so happy.

With less than 5 days of this 84 day challenge... I feel like I cant really say I did the challenge. Well because I made too many excused and my blog was to keep the commitment and have NO EXCUSES!! But I am human and this is not easy and it was the first time I have ever done anything like it.

I don't think my photos are worth posting, not much change from the 4 week mark. The good thing is I did drop some lb's.

I'm re-focusing myself to strive for myself and you will be seeing my posts more often from now on. I feel like I want to target a goal BF or weight at this point while still continuing to challenge myself and commit to the BFL program. I'm extending my 84 challenge to 1 month. My new FINAL DATE WILL BE MAY 7th, 2010. In which I will post my photos and should have some sort of banging bod by then.

I need to have a good starting point so I can start training for my bikini bod and stage, NOV 2010!! YIKESSSSSSSS!!!

[Day 65-77]

LAME!! That is how my life has been for the past few weeks. I haven't been to the gym or on target with eating. I am so fricken close why is this happening now????? I need to get my head strait and keep my focus. It is not easy, but it is worth it so I just have to suck it up and focus on my goal. I'm almost finished with BFL and cant wait to post my final pictures. End it and start my new journey and get more buffed. xoxo Cerina

[Day 62-65]

Sorry I haven't blogged for a few days.
I know I said I was gonna blog every day. It's just being on a very low calorie diet and hight training. Is fricking hard. I feel over sensitive and things people say to me... well it hurts.

How can girls be so mean. Dang I thought being an adult made things better. But no they still act like they are in high school.

I feel like just keeping to my self. ANd not reach out to anyone.

I always make the effort to hang out and spend time with friends. But now that I closed my Facebook account. Cause I just spend WAY too much time on there and think it's garbage (sorry to all you FB lovers)

I'm 28 and need to grow up and feel like my real friends should want to call me or see me rather then just leaving me a comment and that's that.

Whatever it's me venting.... I need sone advice ... the girls in my life are mean.

I need to keep my focus and feel like I might be derailing with all this drama.

p.s. sorry this post had nothing to do with my normal blog. But I guess changing diet screws up my mental stability and makes me over sensitive.

Oh and friends are friends when they are your friends behind your back and NOT shit talkers. That's just wrong. ahhh

No weekend blogging for me, it just flew by and I couldn't find the time. As for my meals and working out. I have been 100%. I'm starting to see that 80% of all this has to do with diet. I'm hitting it HARD and my workout have been much more intense. Adding in my new supplements have helped me lift heavy which is fricking pretty cool!!

Over all I had a nice time with family and you know what ... no one pressured me to eat crap. YAY! That means they are finally getting it and understanding that I need the support. My friends ... well that's another story. I guess I can say I really am finding out who my real Friends are. Ahh drama same ol' same ol' crap. Happy Friday y'all!! This week went fast for me as I came back from a nice relaxing vacation and jumped right back into the groove of life. I feel good, but need to pump it up more. I see that I'm "just getting lean" no real definition yet. I don't get it. I'm busting my ass in the gym and lifting hell heavy. My meals are 100%. I WANT TO SEE THE MUSCLE!! On a side note ... my husband has bought a supplement called NO SHOTGUN ... which I just took today. Anyone know anything bout it? It makes me hyper and I feel like I can lift a car. Is that normal, also do you know if this will help with my muscle definition?

[Day 51-56] Disneyland is still the happiest place on earth!!

I'm back from DL!! and I didn't gain one single pound, Whooot Whooot!! I was extremely good!! And I was even able to get in a few jogs around Orange County with the hubby-cakes. The weather was beautiful with the exception of one day with massive rain. But all in all it was a fantastic trip. So I am here to say ... I did not miss eating those soft serve ice cream cones or corn dogs. I ate as clean as I could. It was surprising available everywhere.

How do I LOVE THE' Ohh soft serve ice cream in Disney's California Adventure

... one day we'll meet again ... but not soon!!

Oh and the fruit was not as expensive as I thought or remembered it to be. An apple at Disneyland is $1.50. I think I always made an excuse that it was too much money for one piece of fruit. But lets face it I wanted to have the churro and made an excuse that the churro was more worth it .. it was only an extra $2.00 bucks.

Well... now I see it as I was paying fast food chains, vender's and churro stands to get me fat. It all makes sense to me now.

Between my husband and I we only spent $139.00 on food. Normally we would have spent clearly over $300.00 eating out, eating easy quick convenient foods like corn dogs, french fries anything fried, crispy, greasy, breaded and brown.

On a different note ... My husband listens to allot of Disney Pod Casts and heard that Sephora sells a perfume that smells like Disneyland's Main street. You know when you walk down Main Street... the air is infused and pumped with wonderful yummy smells ... cotton candy, cupcakes gumdrops OH MY!! Ahhhh.

When ever I go to Disneyland... which is quite often. I always take my trusty fanny pack ... NO not like the 1980's style fanny pack your friends mama wore...

And speaking of the 80's one of the OLD... NEW things that's back in Disneyland's is Captain EO!!

Fricken AWESOME!! This was my very first time seeing it and it was way cool!!

And another thing is... I like to be comfy as comfy as I can. But I NEED to be cute. So I always like to wear loads of accessories ...


My husband says he can hear when I'm coming cause my bracelets jingle. I like bracelets!! Girls gotta be cute!!

Ohh and of course Pirates is still the awesomest most relaxing ride ever

You know with out the annoying song ... it's a SMALLLLLL WORLD AFTER ALLLLLLLLLLLLL!! ha ha but I do love that ride, it's a classic.

We also went to Disney's California Adventures. We love when things change and we love the process of the change and build. We got to see some of the changes to come in late Spring.

Had a nice walk on the boardwalk. Can't wait for our next trip cause all the new rides should be up and running.

Had a nice well needed vacation but am SO READY to get back into the groove of my program. With less than 30 days to go!!!

[Day 50]

[Day 50 and off to mini vacation with the hubby-cakes!!] So I wont be blogging but will have lots to blog about when I return next week. Soooo this is where we're going .....


THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!!!

Well ... let's see about that .... this Disneyland trip will certainly be different because ... I wont be able to indulge in on all the yummy goodness like I usually do. NO soft serve ice cream from the California Adventures Soft serve stand. NO churros, NO popcorn. Absolutely NO CORN DOGS, No SODA (don't really like soda, but tend to drink it in Disneyland) No Yummy goodness food that is BAD for me. I forbid from ever buying their overpriced produce ... but I will be spending money on their overpriced produce stands and eating as clean as I can. Will take lots of pictures!!!

Today felt weird, all day I felt very lethargic, sleepy, hungry and crabby. I didn't go to the gym and didn't eat 50% right. I didn't feel like eating at all. Just felt weird all day. Maybe it was the weather, it's been raining and storming. I even saw a bit of hail today. I feel sad ... but everything is going well?? I'm confused ... Well I'm hoping tomorrow is gonna be a better day.

Just realised my dates are all jacked up on my blog, ohhh well I tried to fix it but think I made things a bit worse. [Day 47 and weighing in at 130 lbs] Boooo , I need my scale to moooovit on down baby!! Not liking my numbers!!! :(

So after a long relaxing rainy weekend, I'm back and ready to hit the grind of things. I figure I will keep track of what I eat today by taking pictures. I'm a very visual person so pictures would make my mealtime fun and even something to look forward to. I know it's lame, but at least all of you can see what it is that I consume on a daily basis. Trust me it's boring and plain, but it's apart or the BFL program and honestly I like eating this kind of food. But feel like I'm always eating and always full. It's darn hard getting in 6 mini meals.

And you hotties that are "Figure Training"... YOU know who you are ... Can you please critic my food. I have to go about figure training on my own, because I can't afford to pay for a trainer or a nutritionists. So all your opinions and help is greatly appreciated.

I'm almost done with my BFL challenge and can not wait till it's over so I can start training for figure bikini. Natural Female Bodybuilding is a completely whole new world to me and is so completely interesting. With that said I'm so excited and I really want it!!

MEALS:
[MEAL 1]
1/4 cup of plain oatmeal
2 tablespoons of flax seeds
2 tablespoons of wheatgerm
1 tablespoon of splenda
1 cup of black iced-coffee with 1 tablespoon of splenda



[MEAL 2]
2 cups of baby spinach
1 tablespoon of light Italian dressing
1/2 a cup of red bell pepper
3 grilled chicken tenderloins seasoned with Mrs. Dash and cayenne pepper.

[MEAL 3]
3 grilled chicken tenderloins seasoned with Mrs. Dash and cayenne pepper
1/2 a cup of mixed steamed veggies with zero calorie butter.

[MEAL 4]
1/2 a cup of sweet potato fries
1/2 cup of baby spinach
a pinch of unsalted almond slivers
1/2 a teaspoon of light Italian dressing
10 jumbo shrimp [boiled in water] and seasoned with Mrs. Dash seasonings

[MEAL 5]
1 Orowheat sandwich thins bread
3 grilled chicken tenderloins seasoned with Mrs. Dash
2 cups of mixed veggies




I pretty much eat ever 3 hours, each meal keeps me full for about that time. My tummy tells me when it's getting close to that 3rd hour and so does my phone alarm. :D I normally eat 6 meals a day but didn't get my 6th meal in, which is usually a protein shake with ice and water. And I drank my 1 gallon on H20.

DOIN IT!! Thanks to Becca & Dawn, luv ya'll,you both SO INSPIRE ME. And have inspired me to take that next step in this fitness lifestyle. I wasn't sure if I was going to continue on BFL or start a different routine. It only makes massive sense to really challenge myself!!

I'm accumulating and looking into what it takes to hit the stage. It has certainly been something I have ALWAYS wanted to do. I LOVE looking at fitness mags and dream about looking like them... and never thought it was possible.

Well you know what, IT'S SO POSSIBLE! So once I'm done with my BFL challenge that's my next step. I'm supper pumped to learn more and see how the process works.

Any tips for diets [what NOT to eat] how much to eat and how often, training my abs [tummy is the worst part on my body,it has the most fat and loads of jiggle] Recommendations for good books and websites are greatly appreciated.

However I know I'll be doing this for the rest of my life as I truly love the structure of it all.

I also feel like I have finally found my peace with it all and I'm not gonna be so hard on myself if I get off track. I'm just gonna get right back on track. And NOT wait for Monday to start. Like a certain sweet fellow blogger said ... Don't wait for Monday!! wink*wink* Dawn, thank you for your motivation words. :D

I'm also learning that I need to take advantage of my day's off but not over do it. But saying yes to a sweet treat or something I would normally not have during my training program days. I've learned that it is ubber important because it will help sike-out my metabolism. Learning everyday ... one day at a time and many more to come :D xoxo Cerina

[Day 41]

I don't even want to weigh myself ... I'm hatting on the scale now a days. And honestly I have no idea where I'm at in the weight department. Anyways it doesn't matter to me what it says ... my cloths tell me how I'm doing. And so far it's ok.
After a week of screw ups I'm BACK ON TRACK and keeping it strong.

Meals:
Lean, clean and often (I made smaller portions and ate every 2 hours)I need to tighten up my eating and keep an eye on it ... no excuses!!

Workouts:
I went to the track and ran 15 laps in 44 minutes. I'm gonna try to get the track in once a week. I need to start running on something besides the treadmill. My first Marathon is in September and I have NEVER ran anywhere else besides in the gym and on the treadmill.

I don't know what to do??? Help ...

WOW, I can not believe I haven't made time to make ANY posts. I AM SO SORRY!!! :(
My workouts have totally slacked off. I haven't been to the gym in an entire week. However I did manage to run 4 miles on the REAL road rather than the treadmill and I also hiked with the hubby.

My eating well, it hasn't been horrible. But I have noticed that I haven't been sticking to my 6 mini meals a day.

I don't know what happened?? And no excuse is worth it. I'm not even gonna say anything because I am at a complete loss for words as I am entirely at fault here.

I now know how important it is to keep a daily record, well for me at least.
I noticed that things seem to be more on track when I keep a record on a daily basis. SO ... with that said ... I'm sorry to all of you, my really cool followers. And to my self for letting myself fall off track.

NO MORE!! I need to kick it into HIGH GEAR NOW!!

Now before I go I need some advice ...

Should I add an extra 2 weeks to makeup for all this or should I stick with it? Knowing that it may effect my overall final results. I don't know what to do???

Posting a little bit about how proud I am and how inspired I am of my husband. He makes ME so proud and I seriously consider him like a mentor/life coach. He always See's things in a better way and is a very positive man and loves God. I'm so proud of all his accomplishments.

Height: 6 ft 3 inch
Weight: 220
Waist: 33 inch
Back: 44 inch

That's all the measurements I've got so far ... I didn't think to measure the legs and arms and all that ... I didn't even do it for my stats... oooops!

For his meals ... I love to cook and prepare all the food in our house. We typically have always been healthy eaters. NO soda, not even diet, no fruit juices, no sweets, no prepared packaged processed foods. [Well with the exception of protein bars] Lets put it this way ... no easy conveyant things. When we shop we shop on the outer grocery aisles and rarely in the middle and only to get the oats which is next to all the sugary cereals.

We use to eat brown, crispy, greasy fried foods, white rice, hot pockets, oreos, ice cream, cupcakes ... you get the picture.

However there are a few healthy things that I LOVE and my husband still HATES or never gave it a chance... My husband HATES broccoli and I LOVE it. My husband pretty much dislikes all veggies, with the exception on lettuce and cucumbers. However I have been sneaking in some sweet potatoes fries. He likes those. I also steam the sweet potatoes with carrots and puree it like a mash and add a little zero calorie butter and little salt-n-peppa. I also do the same with cauliflower and he likes that.

I'm a sneaky wife and am always trying to sneak in veggies. I don't know, I just want him to get his veggies. I guess his family never ate vegetables or something. This is a guy who use to think an onion ring was a good vegetable. Wow how he has come along way. This was his dinner last night:


Per taco (he ate 4) tortilla (2= 110 calories) 2 table spoons of sauteed onions and pre-grilled chicken in zero calorie cooking spray. 1 table spoon of vegetarian (NO LARD) re fried beans, spinnage leaf lettuce, chopped cu combers. He liked it!!

His workout: I have no idea where he got it or what he does but he kicks but and it is hard to keep up with him. My best workouts are when we train together on Saturdays. I take what we do together and impute it in my BFL workouts. He's gonna help me build stronger muscles and I'm super excited!!

My husband who has been my best friend and biggest cheerleader for over 11 years. Is AWESOME!! He's so supportive when it comes to anything I do or put my mind to. I love him dearly and truly appreciate and thank god for choosing him for me.

I asked him the other day ...
Why are you working out?
He said:
Well it's for us, so I can live a healthy active life and be that 60 year old still taking care of things ... like my dad.
I was like ... what an answer baby. I love it!!
