[Day 32] WEEK 4 on BFL

[Day 32 and weighing in at 134 lbs]

Here we are ... 4 weeks ago I was a frumpy flabby skinny-fat housewife who came across a book called BODY FOR LIFE. I can honestly say 4 weeks in and it has already changed my life. 4 weeks ago I began my journey and let me tell you I feel fantastic so far. I never knew I had it in me, all this strength. I not only see changes I feel different, inside and out. My confidence has totally improved and it's still improving everyday.

Today was a priority for me to get my body fat test done. So I did, went to the same guy who test it last time. Holy-cow I couldn't believe when he told me my results. I lost 6.1 % of body fat in 4 weeks and 6 lbs on the scale!! This is truly amazing results and I couldn't be happier. All this hard work is definitely REAL and definitely working!!

Ok so here they are my dreaded BEFORE photos. Uhhhhh ... yuck!! YES YUCK!!I'm so sorry in advance if my photos give anyone blindness, acid reflex or makes anyone vomit or loose their apatite after seeing them. Gosh I didn't realise how hard this is ... posting em ... I'm still uncomfortable with it so I have removed my face. I hope you all can understand. And just so you know I am a shy person and NEVER EVER EVER EVER have worn a bikini in public. So this is certainly a BIG step for me.

I mostly see changes in my tummy and I overall look leaner. My legs seem a little bigger too. However I still have a long way to go on my 84 day challenge.

I certainly need to gain allot more muscle and I can't wait to start seeing some muscle definition.

I'm proud of my 4 week results so far and I'm super pumped for the next 4 weeks. And will certainly keep you all up to date on my changes.

Thank you all so much for all your comments and support, it truly means allot to me!!!

[Day 19]

[Day 19 and weighing in at 136 lbs]

I was thinking last night... why am I a girl who "just goes to the gym"
I don't want to be the girl who "just goes to the gym" I want to be the girl who "HAS THE RESULTS" and shows it through each and every workout, I want to be STRONG !!
I ventured into the weight room today for the very first time. And I felt, well proud of myself. I have been eyeballing that side of the gym for two and a half weeks now. Why the hell was I so intimidated by it? I deserve to be in there just as much as all those other peeps do. They don't intimidate me anymore, they inspire me. However I can not compare myself to anyone of them. All I can compare myself to is the girl in my before picture. I want to get as far away as I can from that person in the photo. I don't care so much about what the scale says, because it's STUPID!! I just want to DROP THE BODY FAT. I'm cleaning up my diet hardcore and kicking A$$ in the gym. So everything is going as planned. As far as my WO, I had a fantastic upper body workout today. One where I was literally shaking from depletion and felt like crying in my towel. It was very therapeutic for me.
