[Day 78-79 and weighing in at 130lbs]
With such a poor and lack of support system in my day to day life from family and friends, I was about to throw in the towel ... But then I remembered why I started this in the first place. For me, not for them. I want to thank you all for following, encouraging me and believing in me. You don't even know me but give my such love and great big hugs. This melts my heart and make me so happy.
With less than 5 days of this 84 day challenge... I feel like I cant really say I did the challenge. Well because I made too many excused and my blog was to keep the commitment and have NO EXCUSES!! But I am human and this is not easy and it was the first time I have ever done anything like it.
I don't think my photos are worth posting, not much change from the 4 week mark. The good thing is I did drop some lb's.
I'm re-focusing myself to strive for myself and you will be seeing my posts more often from now on. I feel like I want to target a goal BF or weight at this point while still continuing to challenge myself and commit to the BFL program. I'm extending my 84 challenge to 1 month. My new FINAL DATE WILL BE MAY 7th, 2010. In which I will post my photos and should have some sort of banging bod by then.
I need to have a good starting point so I can start training for my bikini bod and stage, NOV 2010!! YIKESSSSSSSS!!!

Regardless of your poundage dropped, YOU DID DO THIS! You may not have done it perfectly, but you dropped pounds and you committed to it and saw it through. Everyone's results are going to be differnt. I would love to see the pics. I hope you will share.
ReplyDeleteI have been around competiting for many years but only been on stage for the past year. Each time I diet, I learn something new and it's never the same. Keep it up - just becasue the 84 days is over doesn't mean you are. :)
Great work Cerina.
WAY TO GO CERINA! Bec's right, don't forget you are doing this FOR YOU!!!
